At Ride or Die R&D, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fit before you hit the road.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival and issue your refund or ship out your new exchange gear immediately.
